New chairman for the IoD's Young Directors' Forum

The Institute of Directors has announced that executive recruiter Neal Lucas has been appointed Chairman of the IoD Young Directors' Forum in Northern Ireland.
Neal who is Managing Director of the executive search and selection company Neal Lucas Recruitment takes over from Paula Kane.
Joanne Stuart, Chair of the IoD in Northern Ireland said: "I'm delighted that Neal has agreed to take up this important position within the IoD. I know from experience how rewarding and enjoyable the Young Directors' Forum is to its members. In Northern Ireland the Forum is flourishing with a wide range of business professionals actively involved."
Neal added: "The Young Directors' Forum has always been an arena where members can share, learn and network with like-minded contemporaries. Having been an active member of the IoD Young Directors' Forum for many years I, like many others, have benefited from access to leading business and political figures through the monthly networking events and also through the mentoring programme."
The forum is currently seeking new committee members for the Forum which also provides positive input into the IoD Committee and general direction of the leading business organisation."
