Raising the Titanic in Victoria Square

Hugh Black, centre manager, Victoria Square and Fiona Fisher, Worldwide Balloon Décor pictured below a spectacular sculpture of the Titanic made from over 14,000 balloons, which has been installed in Victoria Square, Belfast in a quirky tribute to the historic ship, just in time for the Easter holidays. The striking 1/22 scale balloon model was commissioned by Victoria Square as part of its partnership with the Titanic Foundation to celebrate the centenary of the famous liner this month. The massive balloon sculpture was raised up and suspended from the ceiling on Thursday 5th April and will remain in place for around two to three weeks.
