Peter Davey, Site Manager with Fraser Houses, has scooped a top industry award for his site at the Aylesbury housing development in Newtownabbey – for the 10th time.

Judges at the annual NHBC (National House Building Council) Pride in the Job Awards placed Peter in the top tier of exceptional house building yet again and he is now shortlisted for a regional title for his high quality development at Mayfield Garden Village in Glengormley.

Pride in the Job recognises outstanding quality in house-building throughout the UK, rewarding the best site managers, who are responsible for managing the construction of new homes from start to finish and have a  unique influence on the overall quality of the finished product.

“I’m delighted to have won the NHBC Quality Award again,” said Peter, who has been working with Fraser Houses for over 40 years. “Over the past 10 years working at the Aylesbury site, we have been able to produce a very good product at what is an exceptional site for home buyers,” he continued. “The materials used are of a very high standard and the houses are very well finished.”
