Sandwich chain Subway is opening its first drive-through restaurant in south Belfast.
It's setting up at the Boucher Road, with a new unit is situated on the existing KFC site, which is owned by property company Kirk Bryson and Co Ltd.
It's expected to open its doors by this summer.
Subway is due to create around 13 new jobs.
Stephen Smith at Osborne King, who negotiated the letting on behalf of the landlord, said:
“We are delighted to have secured a letting to Subway and particularly pleased they have chosen this site to operate their first drive-thru restaurant in Northern Ireland. Boucher Road is an ever popular retail/leisure location and we wish Subway every success for the future."
