The former home of Belfast barbecue restaurant Bubbacue has gone back on the market, Ulster Business can reveal.
Bubbacue operated two restaurants in Belfast, including one at Botanic Avenue in Belfast.
But the company went under earlier this year, shutting up shop following a creditors’ voluntary liquidation (CVL) notice.
Now, the Botanic Avenue property has gone back on sale, marketed by commercial property firm Gary McDowell.
It’s on the market for £800,000, as well as the option of leasing the property as a whole, or dividing into smaller units.
Bubbacue, owned by husband and wife John and Karen Blisard, set up its first location at Callender Street in Belfast city centre in 2012.
The restaurant’s limited company left debts of more than £1m following its surprise closure.
