Lord Mayor of Belfast Councillor Niall Ó Donnghaile enjoys a scrumptious high tea with young carer Sarah Crawford (18) in the spectacular viewing dome at Victoria Square, Belfast. They were celebrating the launch of the MS Society NI’s annual Cake Break fundraiser, a deliciously easy way to raise awareness of multiple sclerosis (MS), the most common neurological condition affecting young adults in Northern Ireland. This year eager fundraisers are taking Cake Break to new heights by hosting high teas at even higher locations throughout the UK during MS Week (30th April – 6th May 2012). If you’re interested in hosting a fundraising Cake Break please contact Samantha Creighton, MS Society NI, on 02890802802 or visit www.mssociety.org/cakebreak for an information pack.
