Business owners and Managers in the Castlereagh area and beyond are being invited to attend a free breakfast Masterclass on Tuesday 18th February from 8.00am – 10.00am at Castlereagh Borough Council's Upper Galwally Offices. The event, entitled 'Ideas That Transform', will explore how individuals and companies can create new ideas and embrace fresh and simple technologies in order to improve performance.
This free-to-attend event is hosted by Castlereagh Borough, in partnership with The Management & Leadership Network (MLN), and is designed to give local business owners and Managers practical advice and guidance, which will help them to succeed in this challenging economic environment.
An impressive duo of speakers will provide attendees with valuable insights and practical tips that will help them to flourish. As Technical Director of Helios IT, Aaron Shimmons manages support and services for over 160 organisations across Northern Ireland. He will deliver a presentation entitled 'Technologies that Can Transform Your Working Life'. The second presentation will be given by business coach Shane Mackle who has witnessed at first-hand how organisations that nurture and embrace fresh thinking consistently outperform those that don't. Pitched at individuals and companies, Shane will share his perspective on 'The Art of Thinking'.
Speaking at the launch Bill Manson from MLN explained "In a recession, when every company is striving for that competitive edge, businesses need to develop the ability to generate new ideas and identify techniques that will increase individual and collective productivity. This unique event will help managers on both counts".
