How the arts can offer a fresh perspective on employee motivation, leadership, and skills development.  We will hear from Chris Higgins, Director, Map Consortium.  Chris Higgins is a theatre practitioner, singer and artist facilitator.  Chris believes in the power and excitement of creating unexpected connections across the worlds of art, work and learning.  Map facilitate interventions which redefine the nature of work, establish connections between people and places and create environments that enable dynamic relationships and new ways of thinking. For 10 years they have worked with the resource of artistic and creative practice to make a difference to leadership, organisational culture, communication and collaborative working.
