Commercial property agent Osborne King will sell off dozens of properties in a new online auction format for the first time.
The Belfast firm, which regularly hosts commercial property sales in the city, has launched its online auction service. The sale will take place on October 17.
Around two dozen properties already make up the list of those going under the hammer.
That includes a large warehouse at Rydalmere Street in south Belfast, which is being sold with a reserve of £125,000, a two-storey commercial building on the Antrim Road and tranches of land across Northern Ireland.
Osborne King director Mark Carron has said the last more traditional ‘ballroom’ auction, held in March, created sales of £7m, with an 84% success rate.
