Tech firm Unosquare is setting up a new office in former law courts in Belfast city centre, it can be revealed.
Unosquare has acquired 11,000 sq ft of office space in at Mays Chambers on May Street. It’s been home to the coroner’s court in Northern Ireland.
The firm, which has a staff of around 50, will hope to double that to 100 by the end of the year.
The letting was secured by commercial property firm Osborne King.
“We have found incredibly talented and innovative individuals in Belfast, we continue to be committed to investing in the growth of our operations in Northern Ireland, through our new premises, the Mays Chambers building, we will double in size in the short term,” Unosquare chief executive Giancarlo Di Vece said.
Richard McCaig from Osborne King said: “We are delighted to have secured Unosquare as a tenant for Mays Chambers and it’s fantastic to see their continued expansion in Belfast.
