A major city centre office building with around 60,000 sq ft of space has gone on the market.
Lighthouse, based at Belfast’s Gasworks, is now available to let. The building includes 60,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation with floor plates of just under 10,000 sq ft.
The building is being marketed by Osborne King and RHM Commercial.
“Given the lack of available grade A office accommodation in Belfast we are excited to bring a building of this size and quality to the market,” Richard McCaig of Osborne King said.
“In our experience deliverability of projects is key in order to attract tenants and Lighthouse offers the chance for an occupier to secure the largest amount of existing office space available in the city.”
Nick Rose of RHM said it is “extremely rare for an entire building of this quality to become available”.
“The superb location combined with a significant car parking provision will undoubtedly prove attractive to the market. Given that Lighthouse is a few minutes walk from Belfast City Hall and adjoins the 120-bed Radisson Blu Hotel we expect significant interest from corporate occupiers.”
