A new serviced apartment building could be developed along Belfast’s so-called ‘Golden Mile’ on the Dublin Road, it can be revealed.
Fresh early plans show the intention to knock down the existing building at 52-54 Dublin Road, and build a serviced apartment building for both short and long term occupancy. According to plans, the building could be nine-storeys tall.
The proposal of application notice has been submitted on behalf of Salisbury Street Capital Ltd while Like Architects has produced floor plans of what the building could look like when completed.
Plans have also been announced for 71 new apartments elsewhere on the Dublin Road.
If approved, that structure would sit next to the The Gallery, the 58-unit apartment development built by Gary McCausland and Richland Group.
